Kick off Tuesday at HRC with a bite to eat and a chat with John Cunningham, Chief Executive of the FEA and their special guest, highly esteemed celebrity chef, Cyrus Todiwala OBE as they discuss his career, the experiences that shaped him, his journey from chef to entrepreneur, plus his reflections on the sector and advice to new professionals coming into hospitality.
