The Vision Stage is designed in partnership with Harp Design. Over the three days, the seminar programme will focus on global trends, the future of hospitality & foodservice, managing your team plus so much more. Visitors will be hungry to debate, discuss and learn about the challenges that are facing the hospitality & foodservice sector. ​

The Networking Hub, designed by Design Command, is the beating heart of the show floor and a main attraction for all visitors. It will be used in a variety of different ways to entertain visitors. From Power Breakfasts to drinks receptions, to full day conferences, this space will be a hub of activity all focused on the future of hospitality.

HRC is co-located with International Salon Culinaire which shines a light on the plethora of talent within the UK hospitality community. Salon Culinaire offers the industry a platform to highlight the fantastic and exciting gastronomic skills that the hospitality industry has to offer. This area will be a hive of activity as it creates an immersive experience for buyers to sample new to market products, meet the faces behind the brands, and network with new, upcoming suppliers.

The Light Equipment Pavilion is a new feature for 2024, allowing visitors the chance to sample the latest innovations in hospitality light equipment, and understand the trends that are driving new product development. The pavilion will provide the perfect opportunity to experience the shape, feel and performance of things to come in the kitchen, at the bar and on the table, including light kitchen equipment, barware, glassware and tableware. 

New for 2024, HRC have partnered with the Federation of Wholesale & Distributors to organise a dedicated Meet the Wholesaler Programme for food & drink buyers. 

The Tech Solutions Bar, hosted by HOSPA, is a new feature joining the show floor for 2024. This feature is entirely focused on helping restaurants & hotels understand the right tech solution for their problem. Visitors are encouraged to visit this area to discover the tech providers who are driving innovation in their sector.

The Interior Design Lab is a new feature for 2024 dedicated for suppliers of interior designs.

HRC’s partner Tech on Toast are running a live podcast right from the show floor. The Tech on Toast team will be interviewing key tech providers & operators from across the hospitality sector.

Our sister event, IFE, International Food & Drink Event has joined forces with Fresh Produce Consortium to launch the brand-new Fresh Produce Section for buyers dedicated to sourcing fresh fruit and vegetable products.

Returning for 2024 and brought to you in partnership with Chef Publishing is Chef HQ. This interactive feature will be used as a networking area, demo kitchen and stage where leading chefs from across the UK and Europe will discuss the latest trends and products that they’re passionate about, whilst whipping up some truly taste-bud tingling dishes!

HRC has proudly partnered with FoodBev Media on their inaugural awards scheme, World Catering Technology Awards. This new scheme shines a light on technology from advanced kitchen gadgets to latest tech taking the industry by storm. The winners will be announced onstage at HRC 2024 in front of tech buyers.

Aramark, one of the biggest buyers in the UK foodservice sector, is hosting The Producer & New Supplier Showcase at HRC. They are scouting for innovative, new value-added food, non-food and service products to supply to its network of sites in the UK. The Producer Showcase a ‘Dragon’s Den’ - style platform gives companies the opportunity to present their product to a panel of Foodservice experts.

We are delighted to be once again uniting IFE with our sister events, Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) and The Pub Show, to take our drinks offering to the next level with an expanded section encompassing every part of the beverage sector. 

Brought to you by our sister event, The Pub Show, in partnership with the BII, The Pub Stage brings together industry influencers and prominent expert voices to discuss, debate and share ideas across the hottest topics in the pub sector.​
