Better Hospitality Conference
The 2022 Better Hospitality Conference brought together some of the brightest minds in the food industry for talks, interactive workshops and networking. Covering four key themes (sustainability, people, resilience and health) the conference offers discussion forums, practical tips and inspiration to help hospitality businesses operate better for all stakeholders.
Run by sustainable purchasing platform, Tried & Supplied in partnership with the Sustainable Restaurant Association, speakers are drawn from a wide range of different perspectives from chefs to farmers to restaurant tech experts and people directors.
The Staff Canteen Live
Wherever The Staff Canteen Live goes, so do the UK's most talented chefs! For three days expect to see the UK's most influential chefs join us to cook and discuss their latest culinary creations live on The Staff Canteen Live stage. In 2022 we had Head Chef of The Grill at The Dorchester, Tom Booton; Tony Parkin, Head Chef of Michelin-starred Tony Parkin at the Tudor Room; Sally Abé, Consultant Chef at The Pem; Oli Williamson, Head Chef, The Fat Duck and Tom Kerridge, Chef and multi restaurant owner. International Salon Culinaire
International Salon Culinaire has continued to be regarded as one of the world’s top competitions for chefs for over a century. The competitions have been a platform for chefs of all levels from the talented young chefs training at college, to those who are well established and firmly on their culinary career journey. Salon Culinaire offers the industry a platform to highlight the fantastic and exciting gastronomic skills that the hospitality industry has to offer. The Pub Show
For 2023 we will once again join forces with PUB23 to bring together the most-loved features of The Pub Show to HRC including The Taproom. We will also have a dedicated PUB22 area which will host a curated selection of suppliers for the on trade.
Co-located Events
In 2023 we will be co-located with International Food & Drink Event (IFE), IFE Manufacturing and London Produce Show to bring together a wider collection of food, drink and manufacturing and product development suppliers to discover and source new products for your business. Across the three days in March, between the four shows we will welcome 1,500+ suppliers and 30,000+ visitors to reconnect and do business.
Hospitality's Talent Conundrum
In 2022 Hospitality Jobs UK in partnership with HRC & PUB22 brought you Hospitality's Talent Conundrum which took place at the show on 22 March 2022 in the North Gallery Rooms.
