Head Chef, The Grill at The Dorchester
Essex-born Tom Booton is the head chef of The Grill at The Dorchester joined the restaurant from his previous role leading the kitchen for Alyn Williams at The Westbury, prior to which he worked at Le Talbooth, L’Autre Pied and Dabbous, to name a few. He has been credited with bring a modern energy to the iconic hotel, thanks in part to a strong brigade which includes Adam Nevin (formerly of The Hand and Flowers) as sous-chef.
