Stephen has represented the UK & Ireland at the World Chocolate Masters finals, the world cup of chocolate, the pinnacle competition in the pastry industry. Stephen set up Lauden Chocolate in 2007 with his wife and now supplies his high end chocolates to First Class British Airways, Cunard Cruise Ships, Michelin Star Restaurants and some of the finest hotels in the UK.
