Simon Anderson is a food hall and street food specialist and the co-founder of Next Phase, a UK consultancy focused on multi vendor hospitality and regeneration. He helped launch Market Halls and has spent the last decade working with operators, landlords and councils on food halls, markets and street food led destinations across the UK. Simon started his career in advertising and digital marketing, then moved into hospitality as an award winning restaurateur, including work with Pitt Cue, one of the pioneers of the UK street food scene.
