Rhiannon is a customer led, insight driven, omni channel CMO with experience in retail, consumer, and hospitality. Starting her career at dunnhumby in 2003 where she worked with brands such as P&G and Unilever and Tesco using Tesco Clubcard data to build strategic data driven marketing plans to build customer loyalty and grow sales. Moving to the US in 2008 Rhiannon was Loyalty Director for the Kroger Company and subsequently Vice President of Customer Communications reaching over 16 million customers through personalised communications and lead the transition to digital.
In 2016 Rhiannon joined the Body Shop to lead their CRM in the UK and then moved into a broader role as Marketing Director spearheading the brand rejuvenation and launching unique brand campaigns such as the relaunch of the #1 Best Selling Product Shea Body Butter. She also was recognized for special brand experiences including a Silver at The Chelsea Flower show and a Gold award for the Self Love Brand Campaign. Joining TGIs in May 2022 Rhiannon has played a key role in developing their digital and customer lead strategy including the relaunch of the website and growing their Rewards program as a central part of their guest and brand proposition. Rhiannon is currently working on rebuilding the TGI Fridays Brand in the UK.
