Paul Foster is a Michelin-starred chef with over 26 years of experience in some of the world’s best kitchens. After training in Michelin star restaurants around the world he opened Salt in Stratford-upon-Avon, which quickly earned a Michelin star and critical acclaim for its modern British cuisine. Beyond the kitchen, Paul has written three cookery books, and hosts The Nightcap, one of the UK’s top food podcasts, featuring in-depth conversations with industry leaders. He’s a regular on Saturday Morning with James Martin and has collaborated with major brands such as Unilever and Our Place.

With 135K+ TikTok followers and 32K+ on Instagram, Paul’s social media presence continues to grow. He also runs How to Cook Properly, an online cookery school on Patreon, offering over 50 classes to help home cooks and professionals refine their skills. Respected for his precision and creativity, Paul remains a leading voice in British gastronomy.
