Mourad Khiat is the award-winning Executive Pastry Chef. He was the creative genius behind the world famous afternoon tea, Pret-a-Portea, a culinary interpretation of the latest catwalk designs featuring the top designers on the London scene.
Mourad has published his first pastry book, about the iconic and coveted “Pret-a-Portea” which was released September 2016 for a 10-year celebration. He currently joined venture with Nicolas Rouzaud opening several high-end French cafés across London.
