CEO & Founder of Harri, Luke Fryer, is a technology entrepreneur, restaurant operator and champion of the hospitality industry. Luke began his hospitality career at 22 years of age when he opened the first direct Burger King franchise in his native home of Australia.
Throughout his career developing and operating restaurants across multiple formats and markets, Luke identified and sought to solve the challenges operators faced finding and retaining employees as a result of fragmented operational systems and outdated technology. His vision of a human capital management platform that could power restaurant businesses through their most important stakeholder - their people - came to life as Harri and launched its first generation Employee Experience Platform in 2018.
