Lawrence Hughes is Sales Director at Falcon Foodservice Equipment and Vice Chair of the FEA. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial catering equipment industry and leads Falcon’s UK sales strategy, working closely with dealers, consultants and operators across the foodservice sector.
Having joined Falcon in 2010 from sister company Williams Refrigeration, Lawrence has played a key role in strengthening the company’s market presence and developing long-standing industry partnerships. With extensive experience across the sector, he brings practical insight into how changing operator needs, sustainability targets and energy efficiency are shaping the kitchens of the future.
