Following on from 5 years at dunnhumby helping drinks and impulse brands glean value from Tesco Clubcard Data, Laurence moved into the world of hospitality joining market research agency KAM. After 2 years working on bespoke research projects across the pub sector, casual dining and competitive socialising, Laurence moved to Stonegate Group. Now heading up their insight team, he looks to drive a culture of insight led decision making, using guest feedback, market performance, industry trends and first party data from their loyalty app, MiXR.
