Kim Ratcharoen
Kim Ratcharoen is Chef de Cuisine at the flagship three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea. Born in Surat Thani, Thailand, her culinary journey began in her grandmother’s kitchen before she moved to the UK at age 17.
Originally pursuing a degree in Economics at Sussex University, Ratcharoen pivoted to hospitality after discovering a passion for professional cooking. She joined Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as an apprentice in 2015 and rapidly ascended the ranks under Chef Patron Matt Abé. Kim never looked back. In 2022, she made history by becoming the restaurant's first female head chef since Clare Smyth.
As Restaurant Gordon Ramsay celebrates an incredible 25 years of three Michelin stars, come along and meet Kim as she showcases one of the restaurant's most iconic dishes.
