Kevin is a highly experienced food & drink hospitality operations and management professional, who has held senior roles at some of the UK and Ireland’s leading Confex venues including, Excel London, EICC, CCD and the QEII - as well as supporting key Levy sites over the past 12 years.
After leading a successful delivery of a sustainable food strategy for the COP26 Blue Zone at the SEC, Kevin became Sustainability Director for Levy in 2022, developing an ambitious operational and cultural change plan to deliver Levy’s climate promise.
Highly regarded as a strong, motivational leader, able to build, manage, train and develop high-performing teams, Kevin has embedded a wide-ranging programme of sustainability initiatives from rolling out carbon measurement and labelling to an ambitious strategy of sustainable ingredients switches. He and Levy’s Sustainability Team are now focused on using data in the most efficient way to drive further progress at scale on their deep decarbonisation journey.
