Katie has 20 years’ experience in hospitality. From being the youngest ever Operations Manager at TGI’s to rising the ranks to Head of Operations at Megan’s; overseeing twelve sites and two different regions. Katie now heads up all things Operations, Trader Relationships, Procurement and Sales & Events at one of the UK’s largest food hall operators.
