For the past four years, Josh has been building the community and mentoring F&B businesses at Togather, an events marketplace. Previously, he's worked with Michelin chefs in NYC, London & Chicago to streamline their ordering through an app called Rekki. He also ran a street food business called Howard’s, after returning from stints cooking in Austin, Texas. Currently, he is one half of Big Plates supper clubs.
