Chickpea Group
Jordan is one of the founders of Chickpea, an award-winning pub group based in the South-West. Founded in 2019, alongside her brother Ethan and school friend Tommy, the business has since established a strong presence across the region. Chickpea has continued to grow and now comprises ten countryside pubs (seven with rooms), a pizza shop, and a group of five city centre boozers, with further expansion planned for 2026. After several years in an operations role, Jordan now leads the People and Culture team, where she focuses on training, development and team wellbeing.
