John Williams MBE joined The Ritz London as Executive Chef in 2004 overseeing a team of more than 60 chefs and achieving a much-heralded second Michelin Star in 2025. Committed to inspiring and developing the next generation of culinary talent, he has been President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since May 2024.
