Hilary is a senior marketing leader with over 15 years director level experience within the hospitality industry. With significant experience in brand growth, UK market entry, brand transformation, digital marketing and customer experience. She has led marketing strategy for brands including Bella Italia, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Carluccio’s, Marugame Udon and Wasabi.
She won the RMI Marketer of the year award in 2024 in recognition of her career achievements.
She moved into consulting and fractional leadership roles in early 2025 providing strategic marketing support, working with founders and investors of ambitious restaurant groups at pivotal times of business growth and change.
