Thomas White
Tom is Co-Founder and Brand Director of QVO Hospitality, the group behind Maray, Buyers Club and The One O’Clock Gun. Since co-founding the business, he has helped shape and grow a portfolio of restaurants known for their distinctive identity, loyal following and strong commercial performance.
With a background spanning hospitality, illustration and design, Tom brings a creative-first perspective to brand and marketing strategy. He leads brand positioning, creative direction and marketing across the group, ensuring that guest experience, storytelling and both physical and digital touchpoints feel cohesive, authentic and human.
He is particularly interested in how technology, CRM and data can enhance brand integrity. His work focuses on building hospitality concepts with real personality and emotional resonance, underpinned by clear strategy and sustainable commercial thinking.
