Erika has nearly 30 years of experience as a supply chain management consultant - successfully delivering complex supply chain strategy, design and optimisation projects and solutions globally across the retail and consumer goods sector for the likes of Unilever, PepsiCo and Pernod Ricard - with a focus on using data-driven, capability-building and customer-centric approaches.
For the last two decades she has been helping clients improve their forecast performance through the application of AI techniques. A particular strength of Erika’s experience is in listening to a client's forecasting needs, helping them explore the drivers of their forecast and understand in what ways AI can unlock greater visibility and better outcomes.
