Dom Jacobs
Dom Jacobs has over a decade of UK hospitality experience, holding senior management and procurement roles across leading bar groups. He has operated some of the capital’s top venues, including Operations Manager at Harvey Nichols and Bars Director at Sketch in Mayfair. In 2013, he opened his first solo venture, The Running Horse, Mayfair’s oldest pub, followed by racing-themed cocktail bar The Whip in 2014. Named one of CODE Hospitality’s ‘Top 30 Under 30’ in 2016, he launched The Fitzdares private members’ club above The Running Horse in 2020, regarded as one of London's most exclusive sports bars. Since 2021, Jacobs has partnered with JKS Restaurants on acclaimed pub ventures, including The Cadogan Arms (Chelsea), The George (Fitzrovia) and The Hound (Chiswick). Following a private investment round led by Jacobs at the end of 2025, the group has entered an exciting new growth phase as Ardent Pub Group in which Jacobs acts as Founder and Managing Director.
