4-time Michelin Star Chef, Frenchman Daniel Galmiche, highly respected and recognised around the World since 1990 Daniel is a regular guest chef on BBC 1’s Saturday Kitchen, ITV’s James Martin and other TV productions such as Simply Raymond Blanc, Ainsley Harriet, Sunday Brunch, Sky TV. A regular on radio shows and podcasts. He has written regular columns for various publications as well as 3 cookbooks.
His first book, The French Brasserie Cookbook, published with success in September 2011, and now selling in 11 countries and in 5 languages. His second book, Revolutionary French Cooking was published in 2014.also in few languages and few countries. His third book, French Countyside Cooking, was published in 2021 as a update to his second book, following a growing demand for organic, healthy home cooking due to the pandemic lock down. This was a changing period when people started to cook more at home ,and become more aware of products, the environment and sustainability.
