His first book, The French Brasserie Cookbook, published with success in September 2011, and now selling in 11 countries and in 5 languages. His third book, French Countyside Cooking, was published in 2021 as a update to his second book, following a growing demand for organic, healthy home cooking due to the pandemic lock down.
