Ceri Gott
After a decade in the Government Economic Service, including working on business innovation and growth as Head of the Economics of Productivity in The Treasury, in 2012 Ceri's life took a surprise turn when she joined her brother Huw and his best friend Will Beckett, co-founders of Hawksmoor. Hawksmoor was then a small, three-restaurant operation in London with an ambition to grow whilst staying special for their teams, customers and suppliers.
Leading on people, planning, and more recently purpose, Ceri has been at the heart of Hawksmoor’s journey to an international brand with 1,250 people, working across 7 cities, and the UK's first restaurant to be a BCorp. In each of these 13 years, Hawksmoor has been named a Top 100 Best Company to work for in the UK, awarded 3 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Ceri is proud to have grown and lead a successful international company that demonstrates business can be both profitable and a force for good, whilst growing and supporting a family, and is passionate about supporting others to grow personally and professionally in alignment with their values.
