Cara Watson
Cara has spent 19 years in the hospitality industry working around the world, developing a deep passion for spirits and flavour. Her background of running cocktail bars has strengthened her expertise which has led her to manage acclaimed venues and support the World Class programme for the past 4 years. Cara has used these insights to shape memorable guest experiences and advocacy programmes.
Agave spirits have been a constant love throughout her career. Before joining Diageo, she served as Head of Training for Nightcap Bars, launching the group’s first training academy and supporting nine bar openings. Since 2023 she has been the Tequila Brand Ambassador for Don Julio and Casamigos, driven by a commitment to help others grow and to share the stories of Mexico through tequila.
