Alice Bowyer
With a decade at Butcombe Group, Alice has played a pivotal role in shaping the business into a leading premium pub operator across the South and Channel Islands. Joining in 2016 as Group Development Chef, she became Head of Food in 2020 and was appointed Director of Food & Drink in 2024. Alice has been instrumental in driving the estate’s growth, elevating the food and drink strategy, and embedding a culture of quality - from sourcing and training to innovation and execution. Her leadership has helped deliver diverse, commercially strong menus and sustained sales growth, contributing to major industry recognition, including the Pub & Bar Catey Award 2024 and Best Managed Pub Company at the Publican Awards 2024. She is a passionate mental health ambassador for The Burnt Project.
