A creative, and accomplished chef with a passion for British food, Adam Byatt has been working in hospitality since before his 16th birthday. Cooking in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens before opening Trinity in Clapham, Adam dedicates much of his time to the work of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the development of young talent in his kitchens and beyond.
