- Dark Chocolate & Caramel Pebble: Dark chocolate mousse, with oozy caramel center. Decorated with dark chocolate spray and on a crunchy biscuit base.
- Raspberry Finger: Raspberry mousse, light and punchy incased in a white chocolate case. decorated with Chantilly cream and freeze dried raspberries.
- Rhubarb Cheesecake Cube: Vanilla cheesecake mousse, with a soft rhubarb center and a layer of crunchy biscuit base. Sprayed with coloured white chocolate and gold spray.
