The 4 zone induction unit is a 12 kW 3 phase drop-in induction hob which can also come with 2 x single phase connectors instead of 3 phase. This drops into a custom made trolley so that the height and width can be specified by the client.
The oven is a Blue Seal Turbofan 3.1 kW which fits under the hob, with separate cable, the whole unit mounted on robust castors for ease of movement.
