The Big Dipper® Grease Removal Unit works as passive grease trap 24 hours per day, then, at pre-programmed intervals it automatically
discharges the retained grease into a container located on the front
of the unit for easy disposal. By routinely emptying the separation
chamber the Big Dipper is able to achieve consistently high
performance of Fat, Oil and Grease removal.
