CODE Hospitality has launched the 2022 edition of its 'Happiness in Hospitality' survey, with the aim to discover what inspires people to work in hospitality and what encourages them to stay and thrive in the industry. 

The annual Happiness in Hospitality survey is back and asking one question: why do you work in hospitality? It only takes a few minutes to complete, and will help enhance our understanding of what industry needs to do to attract and retain talent. The survey is for hospitality employers and employees of all levels, so please do share it with your colleagues.
