What are you looking forward to at HRC?

Being face to face with people again. The restraints from Covid have left scars. The way people do business has no doubt changed forever. Hybrid working, zoom/teams calls and emails, people barely make calls anymore!

HRC puts us back in front of our customers, partners and distributors – Old, new and potential!

What can visitors expect to see from you?

Apart from the friendly team who are manning the stand… You can expect our very own exclusive line – ChefsRange. Bringing you everything from gas & electric fryers, refrigeration counters and prep stations, mixers, to counter top and floor standing induction cookers. ChefsRange is tried and tested in many QSRs. It is robust and budget friendly.

We are also bringing a range of Giorik Combi ovens and the revolutionary ST30 “Hi Touch” rise & fall electric salamander grill. Euro Catering are the exclusive UK importer of Giorik, so we wanted to ensure we featured them at the show.

What are the top trends to watch out for in 2023?

Casual dining grows ever more popular, with street food, pop ups and regional “dining” clubs and food markets appearing everywhere.

People need the power and versatility of service kitchen, but on a far smaller footprint. Compact kit is on the up for 2023.

Energy saving is also at the very forefront of almost everyone right now. Energy saving, means major cost saving. The rise of Induction cooking will only ascend to new heights in 2023!

We found that we made some great new contacts. Not just new, but also extremely relevant.
