Hg announces second London opening in Victoria as UK expansion gathers pace
Following the successful launch of its debut UK restaurant in Soho, Hg – known internationally as Honest Greens – has announced plans to open its second London site in Victoria in mid-October 2026, marking the next step in the brand’s ambitious UK expansion.
Set to open at Unit 1, Belvedere North, 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH, the new Victoria restaurant will span 6350sq ft across the dining area and the terrace and offer seating for 200 covers. Positioned moments from Victoria Station, one of London’s busiest transport hubs, the site reflects Hg’s strategic focus on high-footfall neighbourhoods and is designed to serve commuters, office workers and local residents seeking fast, flavour-driven food made with care, from breakfast through to dinner.
The opening builds on the strong early momentum of Hg’s Soho debut, where the brand introduced Londoners to its distinctive model of chef-led, fast-casual dining rooted in Mediterranean cooking, open-fire techniques and responsibly sourced ingredients. Built on the belief that healthy eating should be accessible rather than aspirational, Hg is quickly establishing itself as a standout new player in the capital’s competitive dining scene.
Founded in Spain in 2017, Hg has grown rapidly to 41 restaurants across six cities in Spain and Portugal – Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Lisbon, Cascais and Porto – with Alicante set to join the portfolio soon. The group is also preparing to open its first Paris site in La Défense, underlining its continued international expansion. Throughout its growth, Hg has built a reputation for combining chef-driven culinary standards with speed, accessibility and affordability.
Hg’s proposition continues to challenge traditional perceptions of healthy eating, removing the divide between convenience and quality.
