Electrolux Professional brings chef-led innovation to HRC 2026 with Rafael Cagali, Tom Booton and Patrick Williams leading live demos
Electrolux Professional to showcase expanded presence and UK debut of e-XP modular cooking range at HRC 2026.
Electrolux Professional will return to HRC 2026 with an expanded presence, highlighting its latest innovations designed to reshape life in the professional kitchen. Taking place from 30 March to 01 April at Excel London, HRC forms part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and brings together leading suppliers and operators from across the sector.
At the centre of Electrolux Professional’s stand (S120) will be the UK debut of its e-XP modular cooking range. The cooksuite configuration on display will feature a suite of advanced technologies, including Free-zone Induction, the Auto-refill Pasta Cooker and OptiOil FryersHP, demonstrating how the platform delivers enhanced power, productivity and flexibility in modern kitchens.
Live demonstrations will run throughout the three days, offering visitors the opportunity to see the equipment in action. Each day will also feature a guest chef session at 12.30, with a 30-minute demonstration from a leading name in the industry. Rafael Cagali will appear on Monday, Tom Booton on Tuesday, and Patrick Williams on Wednesday.
Free-zone Induction will also be showcased within Electrolux Professional’s premium thermaline range. This technology enables chefs to set up to 16 individual temperatures or power levels across the induction surface, supporting greater precision and creativity. A display model will illustrate how this is controlled through four knobs and intuitive capacitive touch controls.
In addition, visitors will be able to explore products from the new LiberoLight range, a versatile plug-in solution designed to adapt to a variety of kitchen environments and operational needs.
Electrolux Professional invites both existing and prospective customers to visit Stand S120 to discover its latest innovations and learn more about its wider portfolio of professional kitchen solutions.
