Powered by an AI Smart Store Brain, the system precisely controls grind size, extraction pressure, water flow and milk texturing to deliver world-class coffee, preserving 99.99% of coffee aroma and 99.99% of milk flavour.

Using advanced algorithms, COFE+ can 100% replicate champion barista latte art in just 58 seconds, while also supporting custom 3D printing for photos, logos and branding. The system enables fully personalised drinks, with adjustments for sweetness, temperature, concentration, ice levels and toppings, and includes 197 global recipes as standard.

COFE+ has also developed a unique outdoor version designed to operate reliably in extreme heat, cold, heavy rain and typhoons. This innovation has created a benchmark for the world’s first “all-weather unmanned coffee shop” and has been installed at tourist landmarks globally.

Demonstrating high-efficiency unmanned operation, COFE+ produces up to 1,000 cups per day with five-cup parallel production, making it three times more efficient than a traditional café. A single refill enables over 300 consecutive cups, daily maintenance takes just 15 minutes, and annual energy consumption is only 1/30 of that of a conventional coffee shop.
