In 2019 Grande Cuisine launched it’s own virtual academy. Their aim was to to give back to the hospitality industry by supporting lecturers, chefs and students with free online resources that they could access whether they were at college, at home or even in the kitchen. They work alongside chef lecturers from around the UK to film video tutorials, featuring skills you’ll find on most culinary diplomas.
