Through world class mentoring, live networking events, online CPD webinars, 250 online courses and Professional Recognition Awards, members also benefit from an extensive online library, thought leadership white papers, a monthly podcast listened to in 75 countries, a membership newsletter, the Institute of Hospitality Magazine with a circulation of 45,000 per issue, and a hub of essential online professional resources.

Alongside this, we actively engage our members and global #HospitalityFamily through social media, including over 54,000 professionals on LinkedIn.

Today, the Institute represents over 16,000 members globally across more than 100 countries. Our membership spans professionals, students and apprentices, academics and businesses. Plus, we grant professional recognition to more than 1,100 hospitality programmes and qualifications in 24 countries.

Through our worldwide regional network, we deliver local activities to ensure members feel connected to the Institute’s global family. Engaging hospitality professionals at every stage of their careers remains central to our mission. We develop existing talent while inspiring young people to build professional careers in the industry, supported by our dedicated Youth Council.
