With over 30 years of experience in the design and supply of commercial kitchens, CCE understand that there was an Industry need to look at the professional kitchen ranges from a more objective and impartial viewpoint. We looked at the technology available from various manufacturers, the importance of product, service and price, is a key factor in the service CCE strive to provide to all areas of the hospitality industry.

Cucina Cuisine Excellence with Cucina Hot Pass and Cucina Profile Match, have been developed by the CCE team with Chefs and Engineers giving knowledge of their experience and needs to serve the operation.

The Cucina team and kitchen designers have used their skill and experience to develop the Cucina cooking range with a full understanding of equipment and workflow matching the menu and the operational space.

The Cucina Cook Suite is manufactured alongside the Cucina Pass in the CCE factory, all are bespoke and can come in various designs and profiles.

Workflow, performance optimisation and maximising every centimetre of space lead the making of every new kitchen layout.
