At Birchall, we are on a mission to share with the world the best tasting, sustainable tea. The family has been in the tea industry for over 150 years, so we like to think we know a thing or two about tea!
Our award-winning speciality and everyday black teas are sourced exclusively from estates across East Africa. Our pursuit of quality ensures all our leaves are only ever hand-picked from tea bushes grown at high-altitude in lush volcanic soil and ideal conditions.
Our new state of the art tea factory in Wiltshire generates twice the electricity it needs – putting power back into the National Grid as the UK’s first solar-powered tea factory. We source our teas ethically from sustainably managed East African farms and use plastic-free, biodegradable packaging to ensure our tea is better for people and the planet.
