We founded Amfora to redefine the olive oil industry and help create a sustainable food system. Our brand is based on regenerative agriculture, and helping preserve rural communities in the Mediterranean. We do this by paying our farmers a premium, in return for quality. We want farmers to stay on the land, invest in their soil, keep improving their product, and pass the trees to the next generation

We will deliver 80,000 L of olive oil this year to commercial customers including national restaurant brands, 5 star hotel chains, and healthcare institutions.
