Frederik Forster won the Roux Scholarship in 2000, aged just 25. He trained at London’s Westminster Kingsway College, completed stages at The Savoy and the 3 Michelin starred Regis Marcon, before continuing his professional development in kitchens such as Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Aubergine and Le Gavroche. After international work, Freddy joined The Ritz, London as head chef and today can be found at the esteemed Gore London Hotel as head chef of 190 Queen’s Gate restaurant. A familiar face on television screens, Freddy is one of only a handful of chefs in the UK to hold a Master of Culinary Arts.
