With live demonstrations using food and drink products right off the show floor, the New Products Tasting Theatre is a hive of activity aimed at chefs, distributors, and wholesalers to see new products in action and sample creative recipes to see how they can utilise the ingredients in their own kitchens.

HRC is co-located with International Salon Culinaire which shines a light on the plethora of talent within the UK hospitality community. Network with seasoned chefs and showcase your products to up-and-coming talent who are on the hunt for the latest innovations across the professional kitchen equipment sector.

Chef HQ is brought to visitors in partnership with Chef Publishing. This interactive feature will be used as a networking area, demo kitchen and stage where leading chefs from across the UK and Europe will discuss the latest trends and products that they’re passionate about, whilst whipping up some truly tastebud tingling dishes!

The Networking Hub is the beating heart of the show floor and is now located in the Professional Kitchen Section. It will be used in a variety of different ways to entertain visitors. From Power Breakfasts to drinks receptions, to full day conferences, this space will be a hub of activity all focused on the future of hospitality.

Aramark, one of the biggest buyers in the UK foodservice sector, is hosting The Producer & New Supplier Showcase at HRC. They are scouting for kitchen equipment to use across their networks of contract catering sites across the UK. The Vision Stage is designed in partnership with Harp Design.
