Zaynib brings over 15 years of professional experience across hospitality and workplace sectors. She specialises in hotel programming and layouts with experience across a range of market classes of both chain-affiliated and independent hotels. Notable past projects include large hotel refurbishments such as Hilton Metropole London and Marriott Kensington UK.  

She has delivered complex projects and leads teams with major branded hotel companies such as IHG, Accor and Marriott International. Zaynib acts as a point of contact between owner and operator – balancing the requirements of both parties. Her expertise includes site viability studies, briefing, and client monitoring services for hotel developers and operators such as Derwent, Ennismore and Staycity Group.  Zaynibs current focus is on composing hospitality experiences for world class destinations.
