Bill Marley is a highly motivated and enthusiastic philanthropic entrepreneur with 50 years manufacturing experience. He is passionate about helping both industry and the local community to grow and thrive, setting up the charity “The Employability Trust” to assist both. Through contracts with a variety of organisations, he helps businesses to become more efficient and agile, whilst providing valuable work experience and training for the long-term unemployed throughout the North East. Bill has created a sustainable approach to providing remedial manufacturing solutions to local industry that enables local employers to address their future workforce needs and improves the economic activity and prosperity of the local area.
