Canadian by birth, William has worked all over the world within the hospitality industry, first as a hotel and restaurant manager, then within the IT sector. William now is the IT Director for the Noble Group, which own a variety of well-known London-based brands including Angus Steakhouse and Chotto Matte. In the past, he managed IT Departments for well-known brands like Burger King, Popeyes, and Wahaca. He also worked on large projects with brands such as Pizza Hut, Radisson, and Holiday Inn.
