Travis Fish is an accomplished hospitality leader with extensive experience as both an operator and founder. He was recently Managing Director of the dynamic bar group  Ballie Ballerson and is currently a fractional COO/Ops Director to SMEs. Travis loves to solve customer and company challenges in entrepreneurial, ambiguous environments helping teams to build smart and profitable operations.
