Tom has worked in the industry for over a decade and has been fortunate enough to work in some of the UK’s finest kitchens. As well as working at Sat Bains and The Latymer, he was also Sous Chef at The Samling in 2013 when they were awarded their first Michelin Star. Following this, Tom joined Adam’s as Head Chef where he oversaw the successful retention of their Michelin Star and three AA Rosettes for over two years. In 2018, he was awarded the Acorn Award which celebrates the top 30 under 30 in the hospitality industry. In 2023, Tom appeared on the BBC’s Great British Menu representing the Central Region and won the main course round, a fantastic achievement to be recognised for creating the Banquet’s “main event” dish.
