Tom Kerridge is an award-winning chef and the owner of five restaurants across the UK: his flagship, The Hand and Flowers, which has two Michelin stars; The Coach, which has one; The Butcher’s Tap and Grill; Kerridge’s Bar & Grill at The Corinthia in London and The Bull and Bear in Manchester. Also to his name are Kerridge’s Fish and Chips at Harrods; Marlow private dining space, The Shed; and event catering business, Lush. Tom has become a household name in British cuisine as the author of nine cookbooks, as well as regularly appearing on television programmes including Great British Menu, Tom Kerridge: Lose Weight For Good; Lose Weight and Get Fit with Tom Kerridge; Saving Britain’s Pubs with Tom Kerridge and Tom Kerridge's Fresh Start. The chef also hosts The Pirate Ship Podcast, and has increasingly taken on the role of a spokesperson for the hospitality industry, recently appearing on news programmes such as Question Time, This Morning and Good Morning Britain.
