Sarah helps businesses understand the commercial and moral benefits of sustainable and ethical business practice ((or ESG – Environmental, Social, Governance). She is the Sustainability Advisor for HOSPA (Hospitality Professionals Association), a GreenKey national juror, Sustainability Ambassador for The Independent Hotel Show, and is a regular speaker and facilitator at hospitality and wider business events.
