Since university, Sam has been obsessed with every aspect of the hospitality industry as demonstrated by over a decade successfully covering many operational and development roles with Soho House. Now with Fifty Five Hospitality, Sam is overseeing the design and build of a new luxury eco resort based around wellness and nature in rural mid England, where he is able to focus on his abiding interest in sustainability. As well as creating spaces that bring relaxation and rejuvenation, and ultimately simple happiness, Sam believes it is ever more important to develop an understanding of our footprint on the environment for carbon conscious customers and employees.
